The estate includes the Villa and 3 buildings in rustic Tuscan style and covers about 160 hectares of hills full with vineyards, olive groves, flowering fields, various crops and woods.

Inside the Villa there are 8 double bedrooms on the second floor and a panoramic suite on the second and third floor. The spacious rooms are made with fine materials such as wood and Tuscan marble, which will have a new style for the opening of the 2021 season. It’s the result of a prestigious restyling that will dedicate each room to one of the great masters of the Florentine Renaissance: Leonardo da Vinci, Donatello, Michelangelo, Botticelli, Vasari, Brunelleschi, Pier della Francesca, Masaccio. Finally, the suite is devoted to Giotto and enriched by excellent finishes: located in the panoramic loggia of the Villa, the room has a 360°degree view over the valley.

On the Villa’s ground floor there are halls with fine furnishings and cozy salons as well as a restaurant for events, while outside the panoramic garden welcomes our guests with lounges surrounded by greenery.

The estate’s 15 apartments are divided into three typical buildings in rustic Tuscan style:

The Casale Depandance houses 8 apartments plus the reception, the shop, the swimming pool and the bar restaurant on the ground floor. Inside Casale Poggiarello there are 4 apartments, while Casale della Fornace accommodates three more beautiful ones. Fienile della Fornace’s units will be available for the 2022 season.
