RED SOUL OF STICCIANO

You will taste Chianti, Chianti Riserva e Cantastorie.
They all contain Sangiovese in different percentages.
The focus of this tasting will be on the shades that the grape variety can intake if being exposed to different landscape, climate and the process in the celler. This will be served with a platter of cold cuts meats, aged cheeses, savory snacks by our chef, olives, taralli, focaccia. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free on request when booking.

Wine tasting of all our selection of Sticciano wines, with a guided view of grape yards and the celler. At the end of the tasting, there will be a blinded taste of a wine selected by our sommelier, you will be asked to fill in a form based on visual/ olfactory, gustatory. There will be a free gift for the best filled form. This will be served with a platter of cold cuts meats, aged cheeses, savory snacks by our chef, olives, taralli, focaccia. THE GOLD STICCIANO

Tasting of our Bio Olive Oil, with handmade bread, all of this will be enjoyed with view on our olive trees to discover all different varieties of olives. Tasting of the oil by the glass, followed by a greeting toast with a glass of rosè or white wine from the estate accompanied by Tuscan bread, raw veggies for oil dip, savory snacks from our chef and taralli. THE MAGIC OF VINSANTO

Tasting entirely dedicated to the discovery of the Vinsanto with a visit to the vineyard and final tasting of the product accompanied by 70% dark chocolate, a small selection of structured cheeses from the farm of Corzano e Paterno handmade cantucci.
